【外国人患者のみなさまへ】受診予約方法変更のお知らせ
新型コロナウイルス感染症の世界的流行を踏まえ、現在当院では外国に居住する外国人患者の新規受け入れ（重症者除外）を一時中止しております。
オンライン診療はこれまで通り新規受け入れをおこなっております。
対面診療の受付再開の時期は未定です。流行状況等を考慮し判断いたします。
最新の情報については当院ホームページをご確認ください。
ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
■受診予約方法について（令和3年2月1日～）
受診される場合は、必ず予約が必要です。
当院では、以下の対象となる外国人患者の方が当院での受診・相談を希望される場合には、円滑で安全な診療を行うため、原則として医療コーディネート会社を介して、手続きを行っていただいております。
・対象となる外国人患者の方
＜海外在住などの理由で、日本の公的医療保険に加入していない方＞
※ご不明な点などありましたら、当院事務部・国際医療支援担当にお問い合わせください。
※該当の患者さんには、診療費と別途国際医療サポート費用を発生します。
・医療コーディネート会社について
当院では、次の医療コーディネート会社とコーディネーター業務の提携契約を結んでおります。
上記対象となる外国人患者の方の当院受診等にかかるお手続きは、この医療コーディネート会社と当院の国際医療支援担当が行います。受診・相談を希望される場合は、まず下記の国際医療コーディネート会社に申込みをしてください。
※当院代表電話からでは申し込みいただけません
・医療通訳が必要な方へ
医療通訳が準備できない方は、当院で外国語によるサポートを有料で行います。当院が提供するサポートを拒否した場合は、安全な医療の提供を確保する観点から、当院ではなく外国語によるサポートを行っている他の医療機関をご案内させていただくか、治療をお断りさせていただく場合があります。
円滑で安全な医療の実施のため、ご理解ご協力いただきますようお願いいたします。

鉴于新冠病毒感染的全球流行，我院目前暂停接收海外患者的门诊预约（危重患者除外），远程在线医疗仍然可以接受预约。
门诊恢复的时间尚未确定，我们将根据时尚情况做出决定，请留意我们的官网获取最新资讯。感谢您的理解。
■关于门诊预约的方法（令和第3年2月1日起）
如果你想看医生，你必须预约。
下列外籍患者，原则上，不能通过医院的预约专线预约门诊日程。
如须在本院接受检查或治疗，需要在专用窗口办理门诊预约，窗口服务人员为我院指定医疗服务公司。医疗服务公司不仅提供门诊预约服务，在治疗期间可向患者提供相关服务。具体服务内容请咨询服务公司。
・赴日医疗的外籍患者：
<因在海外居住等原因没有加入日本公共医疗保险的患者>
* 如有任何疑问，请联系我院办公室国际医疗支持负责人。
* 上述患者除去医疗费外需额外支付国际医疗服务费。
・ 外籍患者专用预约窗口
为了能让外籍患者在我院能够安心的接受治疗，我们与以下医疗服务公司签订了合作协议，全权委托给下列公司进行预约业务及治疗中所需额外服务。
医疗服务公司和我院的国际医疗支援负责人将为符合上述条件的外籍患者办理就诊手续。如果您想来院检查及治疗，请先向以下国际医疗服务公司咨询。
・对于需要医疗翻译的人
如果您无法准备医疗口译员，我们将提供有偿翻译服务。如果您拒绝我院提供的服务，我们会介绍您到其他提供外语支持的医疗机构就诊。如果您坚持不用医疗口译员，我们可能会从确保提供安全医疗的角度拒绝为您提供医疗服务。

About first appointment
An appointment must be made inadvance to consult.
Thefollowing requirements apply to medical services for persons not residing inJapan.
(Foreignpatients who do not have either Japanese public health care insurance orJapanese nationality.)
・Toensure your welfare and safety, please make first appointment throughdesignated coordinating agents.
・If you are not referred by medicalcoordinate company, you will not be able to make an appointment. Theappointment must be made by medical coordinate company.
*Pleasebe aware that your medical treatment is likely to be expensive if you are notcovered by Japan public health insurance.
*KawasakiSaiwai Hospital does not provide support to foreign patients in obtaining amedical visa. Please ask the medical coordinate company for assistance inobtaining a medical visa.
*Please ask any otherquestions to International medical support staff.
About medical interpretationservice
- Due to the risks of using an untrainedinterpreter in medical settings -
・Werequires all foreign patients to visit the hospital with a medical interpreter.
・KawasakiSaiwai Hospital can give the patients service regarding medical interpretationfor paid.
・If you don’t want to use medicalinterpretation service, in the interest of ensuring medical safety, we shallintroduce other hospitals with foreign language support. Your kind cooperationto safeguard safe and smooth consultations is very much appreciated.
About medicalcoordinate company
Medical coordinate companies areregistered guarantors and support international patients to obtain medicalvisas. They also support all the necessary arrangements including air travel(arrival and return), accommodation reservations, as well as appointments forreceiving medical care at the hospital, arrangements for an interpreter, andcarrying out payments on the patient’s behalf, and so on.
