左開胸弓部下行人工血管置換術、直近3ヶ月7件、結果は良好。Tomasi先生によると合併症は緊急症例の出血再開胸1例。標準化出来れば治療の選択肢が広がります。左開胸弓部置換は当センターで69件。そろそろ標準化出来そうです。
