今日は胸腹部大動脈瘤手術2件。一つはExtent2, もう一つは下行大動脈置換術後のre-doでのExtent3。どちらも5時過ぎには手術終了しました。そしてこれからA型解離が来ます。ハードな1日ですがまだまだ夜は長そうです。
Two thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm surgeries today. One is Extent2 and the other is Extent3 after re-do after descending aorta replacement. Both operations were completed by 5pm. And now comes type A dissociation. It’s been a tough day, but it looks like the night is still long.
