手術見学に今中先生が来てくれました。彼のようにやる気と熱意のある若い先生が勉強しに来てくれると我々もモチベーションが上がります。いい手術をするにはとにかく若いうちに沢山手術を経験することが大切です。そしてそれをノートに書き溜める。誰も上がいなくなった時にそのノートが役に立ちます。
