このような場合、それを失敗とは言えませんが、標準化された手技を用いることで、その結果に対して何が悪かったのか、何がいつもと違っていたのかを同僚と共有し、改善策を練ることが可能となります。
逆に、皆がそれぞれ異なる手技を行っている場合、何が問題であるかを明確にするのは様々な事象が交錯するため非常に困難です。その様な結果は成功した症例の何倍も学びをもたらしてくれます。それを共有することで組織が成長できると思います。
