今日の川崎大動脈カンファレンスではCPA蘇生後のA型急性大動脈解離の治療方針について、台湾、タイ、フィリピン、インドの先生方と話し合いました。また蘇生した症例に関しては諦めず手術するという意見は一致しました。
At today’s Kawasaki Aortic Conference, we discussed treatment strategies for type A acute aortic dissection after CPA resuscitation with doctors from Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and India. Although there are differences and circumstances in each country, the consensus was that even if the pupils were dilated upon arrival, patients who were revived should not give up and undergo surgery.
