川崎大動脈センターでは今朝まで緊急Bentall手術、その後胸腹部アプローチのEVAR後AAARを行い、緊急弓部置換が今行われております。そしてERにはB型解離が運ばれてきました。さらにA型解離とEVAR後仮性動脈瘤の患者が運ばれてきます。また冬が来たなという感じです。血圧管理には気をつけて下さい。
At the Kawasaki Aortic Center, we performed emergency Bentall surgery until this morning, then EVAR followed by AAAR using a thoracoabdominal approach, and emergency arch replacement is currently being performed. Type B aortic dissociation was then carried to the ER. In addition, a patient with a type A aortic dissection and a post-EVAR pseudoaneurysm is brought in. It feels like winter has come again.
