緊急TEVAR（胸部大動脈ステントグラフト内挿術）とA型解離2件を並列で夜中にやらせてもらえる環境は他にない気がします。先月はステント抜いて胸部の緊急オペが25件。今月はすでに5件。冬はまだまだ続きます。
I don’t think there is any other environment where I can do an emergency TEVAR and two type A dissociation cases at the same time in the middle of the night. Last month, there were 25 emergency chest surgeries involving stent removal. There are already 5 cases this month. Winter still continues.
