タイの胸部外科学会で発表してきました。ステント留置術後の開胸手術に関してで、タイでも困っているケースは多く質問も多数受けました。
尾崎先生は左開胸アプローチによる弓部大動脈人工血管置換。どこも体系的にこの手術を行っておらず、私たちの90例をまとめた発表に興味を持ってもらえました。
Presented at the STST conference on our aortic surgery. My topic was on post-stent grafting open surgery, which garnered many questions in Thailand.
Dr. Ozaki’s presentation on arch aortic grafting via left thoracotomy, a procedure not systematically performed elsewhere, intrigued many with our 90-case compilation.
