I had the opportunity to visit a medical products manufacturer’s factory in Glasgow. I was truly amazed to see how each vascular graft is painstakingly made by hand and then undergoes countless inspection processes. It was clear that they take every aspect of quality control seriously. The employees take great pride in their work, and there’s no doubt they continue to do great work in a great place to work.
