4月まで６か月間のフェローをしていたトマジ先生から母国フランスで川崎大動脈センターの手術方法で左開胸下行大動脈人工血管置換術、鎖骨下動脈再建術を無事に完遂できたと報告をくれました。欧州では左開胸手術の技術が失われており、彼のこの一歩が明るい未来につながることを願っています。

これから台湾のThe TSVS 2023 Aorta and Peripheral Artery Cadaver Workshopに参加しに行きます。今回は我々の施設で行なっている胸腹部大動脈人工血管置換術について話す機会を得ました。また40分の講義で我々の大動脈治療に対する考え方を伝える機会も頂きました。
